please notify via email Aerolocator.com
at support@aerolocator.com
within the first 10 days of your purchase and let us
know that you wish to cancel your account. You must
notify us with the email address that you signed up
with. You will be given a full refund of the contract
amount, excluding set-up fees, if applicable.
Types of Refunds:
Purchase with Cash
• The refund will be in cash
Purchase with Check
• The refund will be by check
Purchase with Credit Card
• Credit will be issued to your credit card
If a refund is due, Aerolocator.com will notify you via email. It can take up to 30 days after cancellation of your contract to receive your money.
Charges for the renewal of Aerolocator.com services will be refunded if, email notification is received no later then the tenth day following the renewal date. Note that refunds will not be offered by Aerolocator.com if your written notification is received late.
